Whether you're joining TPO Mobile or leaving for a different network, it's a straightforward process to keep your old phone number.
If you're leaving TPO and joining another network or if you're leaving another network in order to join TPO, it's easy to keep your old phone number. All you need to do is to request a PAC Code: it's totally free and the entire process of transferring your phone number should normally take no longer than one working day.

Leaving TPO For Another Network
If you're leaving TPO Mobile and joining another network, you can take your phone number with you.
Start by asking TPO to issue you with a PAC Code. You can get a PAC Code from TPO Mobile by calling 500 on your TPO Mobile handset. Alternatively, dial 0333 313 7760 from any other phone.
You can request a PAC Code over the phone at any time during TPO Mobile's opening hours:

|Sunday||10.00am - 4.00pm|
It's always free to get a PAC Code from TPO Mobile (it's your legal entitlement). After getting your TPO PAC Code, you'll need to provide it to your new network operator. For detailed instructions, please select your new network operator from the dropdown menu below:
Joining TPO From Another Network
If you're joining TPO Mobile from another network, you should ask your old network to provide you with a PAC Code. The PAC Code will allow you to transfer your number to TPO Mobile.
After getting the PAC Code, you should order your new handset or SIM card directly from TPO's website. For more information, please select the type of tariff you're wanting to move to:

Once Your New Phone Arrives...
Once your new phone or SIM card arrives from TPO Mobile, turn it on and make sure everything's working properly. If you need to return or change the new handset/SIM card, please do this before you transfer your phone number.
Once you're happy to continue with the transfer, You can give the PAC Code to TPO Mobile by calling 500 on your TPO Mobile handset. You can also call 0333 313 7760 from any other phone.
Once you've provided your PAC code to TPO Mobile, your phone number transfer will normally be scheduled for the next working day (Monday to Friday only, excluding English bank holidays).
Upgrading Your Plan On TPO
If you're simply upgrading to a newer handset or tariff, it's not necessary to use a TPO Mobile PAC Code. You can simply upgrade via TPO Mobile's website. For more information, please select the type of tariff you're planning to move to:
