Best TNT Sports Deals
As of 2025, there’s no such thing as a TNT Sports Day Pass. However, you can get TNT Sports on a one-month rolling basis from Sky, Virgin Media, EE, and Discovery+. This means you can watch the TNT Sports channels without the need to sign up to any long-term commitments.
For most sports fans, we think the best value option is to get TNT Sports from Sky. That’s because they typically have the most competitive pricing if you’re looking for a plan that includes both Sky Sports and TNT Sports.

Sky
To start off, get the Essential TV plan which costs £15 per month from Sky. You’ll get Sky Atlantic and Netflix included with this. You can then add TNT Sports for an extra £28 per month, or an extra £45 per month for both Sky Sports and TNT Sports. |
If you just want TNT Sports without Sky Sports, there are cheaper options available elsewhere. For instance, Virgin Media customers can add TNT Sports for £18 per month, and EE customers (both mobile and broadband) can get it for £20 per month. In both cases, this will be cheaper than a discovery+ Premium subscription which costs £30.99 per month.

For many sports fans, it’s usually preferable to have both Sky Sports and TNT Sports together in one package. If you’re someone who falls inside of this group, you’ll normally be best off getting a deal from Sky. That’s because they have the most competitive plans with both Sky Sports and TNT Sports included.
On Sky, you can start off with the ‘Essential TV’ plan, which currently retails for £15 per month. This comes with Sky Atlantic and Netflix as standard. Once you’ve got that, you can add TNT Sports for £28 per month, or £45 per month to add both Sky Sports and TNT Sports.
This makes it possible to get a Sky TV deal from £43 per month, with both Netflix and TNT Sports included in the price:

To get Sky Stream, you’ll need to have a broadband service with download speeds of 25Mbps or more. This can be from any UK broadband provider.
If you’re currently in the market for a new home broadband provider as well, it’s worth considering Sky for your broadband. That’s because you’ll get a discounted price on Sky Broadband, when you take it together with Sky TV. This makes it possible to get Sky Broadband with Sky TV, Netflix and TNT Sports from £63 per month:

If you’re new to Virgin Media, you can sign up to one of their broadband and Flex TV plans from £28.99 per month. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to add the TNT Sports pack for an extra £18 per month. This gives a total price that starts from £46.99 per month:

On Virgin Media, you’ll get all of the TNT Sports channels in HD-quality as standard. You’ll also get the TNT Sports Ultimate channel included in 4K HDR quality.
One key limitation to be aware of is that the Virgin Media service is only available in around 60% of UK homes. You can enter your postcode to check the availability where you are. In addition, you won’t have access to the Discovery+ app. However, you’ll be able to watch the TNT Sports channels through Virgin TV Go.

If you’re an EE mobile or broadband customer, you’ll be able to get the TNT Sports channels for a reduced price.
If you’re an EE mobile customer, you can get the TNT Sports add-on for an extra £20 per month. With this add-on, you’ll get full access to the Discovery+ app, with the ability to stream TNT Sports on any compatible device (such as Apple TV, Fire TV, many smart TVs, mobiles, laptops, and more). It’s a one-month rolling add-on, so you can cancel at any time.
If you’re an EE home broadband customer (including BT broadband), you’ll be able to add the EE TV service with the TNT Sports channels for £23 per month. With this, you’ll get an EE TV set-top box with access to all of the EE TV channels. There’s a 24-month commitment when you sign up to EE TV.
At present, you can get fibre broadband with EE TV and the TNT Sports channels from £48.99 per month. There are also options available that include the Sky Sports channels as well:

Discovery+ Premium

The most expensive way of getting the TNT Sports channels is directly through Discovery+ Premium at the full price of £30.99 per month. This replaces the old contract-free ‘BT Sport Monthly Pass’ option.
The benefit of getting Discovery+ Premium as a standalone product is that it’s open to everyone (there’s no need to be a customer of Sky, Virgin Media, or EE). You’ll also get HD quality channels included as standard, plus the TNT Sports Ultimate channel in 4K HDR.
If you’re a customer of Sky, Virgin Media or EE, it generally makes sense to get TNT Sports through your provider instead. That’s because you’ll be paying a lot less than the full price of £30.99 per month. Customers on Sky and EE will also receive Discovery+ Premium at no extra cost with this.
How Can I Watch TNT Sports?
There are four ways to watch TNT Sports in the UK:
- Watch TNT Sports on your television through EE, Sky or Virgin. If you have the relevant subscription to EE TV, Sky TV or Virgin Media’s TV service, you’ll able to watch the TNT Sports channels through a set-top box on your television.
- Watch TNT Sports online. You can watch all of the TNT Sports channels live through the Discovery+ website. However, this option isn’t available to Virgin Media customers.
- Watch TNT Sports on your mobile phone. You can watch the TNT Sports channels on your mobile phone, using the Discovery+ app. This is available to customers who subscribe through Sky TV, EE TV and Discovery+ Premium. If you’re a Virgin Media customer, you can use the Virgin TV Go mobile app instead.
- Watch TNT Sports on your television through casting or a compatible smart TV. You can watch TNT Sports on your television through casting (e.g. using Chromecast or Airplay) or using the large screen apps for Apple TV, Android TV, Samsung Smart TVs, PlayStation and Xbox.

Hi ken
you would think the likes of BT sport & Sky would go back to the old ways of watching a game of your choice like last night man utd v real betis and charge one off price per game say £10 as people incomes are shrinking not everyone can afford to pay £30 or £67 per month for these contracts.
We use to be with EE and got the bt sport for £18 per month now we have looked into trying to renew for bt sport and the prices are well high tried every combination.

I just got the EE deal for £10, 10GB per month, thanks for making me aware of this, much appreciated.
I just tried to activate 3 free months of sport – Be aware, EE are NOT giving free sport anymore – the cost is reduced to £20 per month, but there is NO free Sport.
Please update your guide, as it now out of date.
All the best

Hi Simon,
Thanks for letting me know! It looks like they’ve quietly pulled the BT Sport offer… I’ll update the article to reflect.
Thanks again,

Hi Ken,
Thanks for the info.
I have Now TV Super Fibre, Freesat and watch all my catch up services/Sky Sports through Now TV/Netflix/Prime on my 4k Firestick and it all works wonderfully well.
Have I read it correctly that I cannot stream BT Sport on the Firestick ? I’d be pleased to add BT Sport but don’t want any more devices and just want to use the Firestick.
If true, why is this the case ?
Richard
Ps Keep up the good work
Ken replied:
Hi Richard,
Thanks for your comment. I believe the BT Sport app should be available on Amazon Fire TV. Simply go to the Amazon App Store and search for the “BT TV App”. That should give you what you need 🙂
