Keeping Your Phone Number
If you’re switching from another UK network to Lebara Mobile, it’s a straightforward process keeping your current phone number.
To start with, you’ll need to get a PAC Code from your old mobile network. This is available in your mobile network’s website or app, or you can text PAC to 65075.
Once you’ve ordered and activated your new Lebara Mobile SIM card, you’ll then be able to submit the PAC Code through this page. They will schedule the transfer of your phone number (normally for the next working day).
