In May 2021, VOXI is offering a SIM card with 12GB of data for £10/month or 20GB of data for £15/month.
In the UK, VOXI has launched their SIM-only mobile offers for May 2021.
Until the 27th May, they’re offering 12GB of data and endless social media data for £10/month, giving you unlimited data for use on social media apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Instagram. You’ll also get unlimited UK minutes and unlimited UK texts.
They’re also offering 20GB of data with both endless social media and endless video for £15/month. This gives you unlimited data for streaming on popular services like YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
In this article, we’ll look at VOXI’s SIM-only mobile offers for May 2021, including what you can now get for £10 per month and £15 per month. We’ll also look at VOXI’s endless social media and endless video features along with the other features of VOXI such as their contract-free offering and their 5G coverage.
VOXI Mobile Deals
As a special offer which runs until the 27th May 2021, VOXI has increased the amount of the data you can get on their SIM-only mobile plans:
- For £10 per month, you’ll get 12GB of data and endless social media data. You’ll also get unlimited UK minutes and unlimited UK texts included on your plan.
- For £15 per month, you’ll get 20GB of data per month with endless social media, endless video and access to 5G. You’ll also get unlimited UK minutes and unlimited UK texts included in the plan.
Both price plans are available with no contract and no credit check:
& endless social
& endless social + endless video
& endless social + endless video
Endless Social Media
Both the £10 and £15 plans from VOXI come with endless social media included in the price. This gives you unlimited data for use on the following social media and messaging apps:
- Facebook Messenger
It means you can message and share photos with friends and family without using any of the general data allowance on your plan. However, it doesn’t include data for voice or video calling, or data for any external links you might follow inside the app (e.g. when tapping on a link in Facebook to visit another website).
If you choose VOXI’s £15 plan, you’ll also get endless video included with it. This gives you unlimited data for streaming on the following apps and services:
- Amazon Prime Video
- UKTV Play
In our opinion, the endless video feature is a particularly notable addition on this plan. This is because online video is one of the things that can very quickly use up lots of data on your phone. For instance, watching an hour of YouTube in high-definition quality would use 2GB of data. Meanwhile, watching an hour of Netflix in high-definition quality would use 3GB of data.
On VOXI’s endless video plans, you’ll also get access to 5G included. For more information, see our guide to endless video on VOXI.
VOXI Features & Benefits
No Contract & No Credit Check
You can join VOXI on a one-month rolling basis, without any contracts to sign or credit checks to undergo. This gives you the flexibility to change your price plan at any time (e.g. upgrading from the £10 plan to the £15 plan, or downgrading from the £15 plan to the £10 plan).
Because there’s no contract or credit search required, VOXI is an ideal option for anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of going through a credit check (it’s also suitable for under-18s and for people who’ve recently arrived in the UK). In addition, it isn’t possible to run up an unexpected phone bill as VOXI works on a prepaid basis.
If you choose a VOXI price plan costing £15/month or more, you’ll get access to Vodafone’s 5G network with coverage in 100 UK towns and cities. This allows you to access average download speeds of 150-200Mbps if you’re using a 5G phone in a 5G coverage area. You’ll also benefit from greater network capacity and lower amounts of latency.
At present, VOXI offers 5G coverage in the following locations, powered by Vodafone’s 5G network:
|Now Live||100 towns and cities are live on VOXI 5G (June 2021)|

WiFi Calling & 4G Calling
VOXI now offers WiFi Calling and 4G Calling on all of their plans in their UK.
- WiFi Calling allows you to make and receive phone calls and text messages wherever you have a WiFi connection. You can use it in places where you aren’t able to get a mobile signal (e.g. when you’re travelling on the Underground).
- 4G Calling allows you to make and receive phone calls using a 4G connection. It means you’ll have faster download speeds when you’re on a phone call as there’s no need for your phone to switch back to 3G. You’ll also benefit from HD-quality calls.
You’ll need a compatible device to use WiFi Calling and 4G Calling on VOXI. The best way to see whether your mobile phone is compatible is by checking it against the list of compatible devices on Vodafone’s website.
If you’re an iPhone user, Visual Voicemail is now included on all of VOXI’s price plans. This makes it incredibly easy to see and manage your voicemail messages without needing to dial your voicemail service.
To use the Visual Voicemail feature, simply tap the phone icon on your iPhone, followed by the Voicemail button. Inside, you’ll be able to see and play back all of your voicemail messages. You can listen to your messages in any order you like and you can even share them if you like.
The inclusion of Visual Voicemail is a significant benefit for VOXI’s mobile customers as the feature isn’t available on many rival networks such as giffgaff and SMARTY.
As a customer of VOXI, you’ll have access to 99% population coverage from Vodafone.
Before ordering your SIM card from VOXI, it’s worth checking to make sure there’s coverage in your area. You can do this by entering your postcode on VOXI’s online coverage map:
If you have a 5G-ready phone and price plan, you’ll also be able to access 5G coverage in 100 UK towns and cities.
Keeping Your Phone Number
If you’re changing mobile providers to VOXI, it’s easy to keep your current phone number.
Start by ordering your VOXI SIM card online. You’ll need to order and activate your VOXI SIM card before the 27th May to benefit from the offers available.
Once you’ve gotten your SIM card from VOXI, request a PAC Code from your old network. You can get one through your mobile network’s website or app, or by texting PAC to 65075. It’s always free getting a PAC Code from your old network and once issued, your PAC Code will be valid for 30 days.
It will normally take around two working days for your VOXI SIM card to arrive in the post. Once it arrives, you can log in to your VOXI account to submit the PAC Code to them. Once you’ve done this, your phone number transfer will normally take place on the next working day.
