No Credit Check

Fairer Exit Fees

You can change between giffgaff’s 18-month plans at any time, without resetting the term of your commitment or incurring early termination fees.

If you’re leaving giffgaff altogether, the early termination fee is just 50% of your current plan cost, multiplied by the number of months you have remaining on your contract (following the month in which cancellation is required). For instance, if you are on a £20 contract plan and you have 3 months remaining on your contract (following your current month), the early termination fee would be £30.

Keeping Your Phone Number

It’s easy keeping your current phone number when you switch to giffgaff.

Start by ordering your new SIM from the giffgaff website. Once you’ve done that, you can ask your current mobile network to give you a PAC Code. This is available through your mobile network’s website or app, or by texting PAC to 65075.

You can order your giffgaff SIM card by 5pm for next day delivery. Once you’ve activated it, you’ll be able to submit the PAC Code online through a form on giffgaff’s website. This will schedule the transfer of your phone number (normally for the next working day, as long you submit it before 3pm).
