Keeping Your Phone Number

Start by getting a PAC Code from your old mobile network. This will be available through your mobile network’s website or app, or by texting PAC to 65075.

You can also specify a date for when your phone number will be transferred. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can start off with a temporary phone number, before submitting your PAC Code at a later date to complete the transfer.
