Upgrading to a new handset or SIM card on ASDA Mobile? You won't need a PAC Code to keep your current phone number.

Step 1: Order your new phone or SIM card from ASDA Mobile's website

As you're staying on ASDA Mobile, it's not necessary to obtain a PAC Code. Instead, you can process your phone number transfer internally inside of ASDA Mobile.

Start by ordering your new phone or SIM card using the ASDA Mobile website. Please select the type of tariff you're intending to move to:

Step 2: Contact ASDA Mobile To Transfer Your Phone Number

After receiving your new phone or SIM card, please contact ASDA Mobile to transfer your phone number to the new plan. You can do this by calling 2732 from your ASDA Mobile handset. Alternatively, dial 0808 006 2732 from any other phone.

You can contact ASDA Mobile at any time during their opening hours:

Monday - Friday8am - 8pm
Saturday9am - 5.45pm
Sunday10am - 4.45pm

  • Hi I have been with ASDA mobile for a long time, never had a problem but now terrible, I have not been able to use my phone at all – tried changing to the new network EE at the weekend the sim card that ASDA provided is blocked, I have done everything it says on the ASDA letter, my vodafone will not work have tried the card in a t-mobile, still nothing.
    PLEASE HELP I AM A FULL TIME CARER AND NEED TO KEEP THE NUMBER I HAVE
