Keeping Your Phone Number

If you’re switching from another mobile network to Lyca Mobile in the UK, it’s easy to transfer your phone number.

Start by ordering your new SIM-only plan from the Lyca Mobile website. Once you’ve done this, you can get a PAC Code from your old network. This is available through your mobile network’s website or app, or by texting PAC to 65075.

Once you’ve activated your Lyca Mobile SIM card, you’ll be able to submit your PAC Code through this form on the Lyca Mobile website. Your phone number will then be moved over within 2 working days.
