Step 2: Contact Talkmobile To Transfer Your Phone Number
After receiving your new phone or SIM card, please contact Talkmobile to transfer your phone number to the new plan. You can do this by calling 5888 from your Talkmobile handset. Alternatively, dial 0333 304 8064 from any other phone.

I presume you’re trying to move a Talkmobile Pay Monthly number over to Talkmobile Pay As You Go? If so, I recommend calling Talkmobile Customer Services on 5888 – explain your situation and they should hopefully help you out.
