Our Recommended Network: EE

EEEE is our recommended network for pre-ordering the Galaxy S5. For £37.99/month plus £49.99 upfront, you’ll get 1000 minutes, unlimited text messages and 2GB of 4G internet every month. Compared to O2, it’s £20 more expensive but there are a number of key benefits that make EE our preferred deal.

First of all, EE has a special promotion where you’ll get a free return flight to Europe with Galaxy S5 pre-orders. You can fly to a choice of 12 destinations with flights available until February 2015 (certain blackout dates apply e.g. bank holidays and during the Christmas break). The flight fare, taxes and surcharges are all paid by EE. The promotion is only available if you pre-order the handset through EE’s website.

Other benefits of choosing EE are four times more data compared to O2 (2GB vs 500MB), access to EE’s double-speed 4G network (download speeds of up to 60Mbit/s) and EE Film (2-for-1 cinema tickets every Wednesday; like the old Orange Wednesday promotion).

Hello, I was on the ultimate intenet 500 24 month contract, I don’t get service where I live so I was offered a recurring discount of 7 pounds. which meant I would be paying 30 pounds per month . I found out about the new plans and called the “exclusive deals for exsisting customers” number . I was told I would be moved to a new plan of 35 pounds. Then I told the woman about my discount and asked if it would still be applicable she said yes. I moved to the new contract because i figured i would be paying two pounds less. A month after I spoke with customer service then the upgrade team, they said the plan was 44 pound and that i was given already discount of nine pounds .I explained to them that I did not consent to that, then I was given the option of paying 35 pound with unlimted calls for the new plan or 35 the same new plan with 600 mins. i asked them why i could not get the discount for th 35 pound plan. The person then told that both plans were 44, so i was already getting my discount. i refuse to believe that 2 diffrent call min plans are the same price is this true ? . especially since the same 600 mins new plan is 35pound for exsisting customers. They said have three option 1.for me to stay on ultimate internet for 30 ,new plan for 32 with tethering of 2gb or new plan of unlimited data, mins and texts for 35. What sould i do
